第五十七条 违反本法第十一条至十三条的规定，扰乱实名注册等制度的，由公安机关没收违法所得，并处违法所得一倍以上十倍以下罚款，没有违法所得或者违法所得不足二万元的，处二十万元以下罚款；情节严重的，并处十五日以下拘留。
