The platform must be both a programming language and a theorem prover, with code and proofs in one system, with no translation gap. It needs a rich and extensible tactic framework that gives AI structured, incremental feedback: here is the current goal, here are the hypotheses available, here is what changed after each step. AI must control the proof search, not delegate to a black box.
